What c-PDRN Is in Rejuran Turnover Ampoule

Korean ampoules with PDRN get mixed up with clinic injections. Rejuran Turnover Ampoule is a leave-on cosmetic serum. The notes below come from Rejuran’s published US product page and ingredient glossary. They are not reviews we invented, and they are not medical advice.

What c-PDRN is

On Rejuran’s US site, c-PDRN® is the brand’s patented form of PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide). The brand’s ingredient glossary lists it as hydrolyzed DNA and describes it as a marine-derived “Marine Growth Factor.” On the same ingredients page, Rejuran says c-PDRN is hydrolyzed salmon sperm DNA, and that the topical form was developed so it can be used in a cream or ampoule instead of an injection.

That is the brand’s language. We are repeating it as a published ingredient description, not as a lab test we ran and not as a treatment claim.

The Turnover Ampoule page says c-PDRN is a marine-based ingredient that helps improve the appearance of skin’s tone, texture, and radiance, and that this formula contains the highest level of c-PDRN available in Rejuran’s topical line. We are not adding a percentage; the official product page does not publish one there.

The bottle is not the injection

Rejuran the clinic name and Rejuran the cosmetic line share a word. They are not the same product.

Rejuran Healer / PN injections are in-office procedures. We do not sell them, and this post is not about them. Keep Turnover as a topical cosmetic only; no disease claims.

If someone in Naples, Florida asks about “Rejuran” at a pop-up, the honest split is: the ampoule is a serum you put on at home; an injection is a clinician’s job.

What else is in the ampoule

Rejuran’s Turnover Ampoule page and FAQ also name:

  • Hyaluronic acid, which the brand positions to hydrate and support the look of plump, smooth skin
  • Niacinamide and licorice root extract, which the brand positions for a more even, glowing look

The official 30 mL listing is 1.01 fl oz (a 50 mL size also exists on the brand site). Size and live product page will match what is actually in stock when the listing goes live.

How to use it

Rejuran presents Turnover Ampoule as a leave-on face ampoule. A brand-cited study on their product page used it twice daily for two weeks. That is their protocol, not a prescription from us.

In a simple Korean-style routine it sits where a serum sits: after cleansing and toner, before a cream. Pairing it with a richer moisturizer is the usual next step for mature, dry-looking skin. It does not replace sunscreen in the morning, and it is not a substitute for a dermatologist.

Where it sits in our edit

Bearie Seoul is a curated Korean skincare shop in Naples, Florida. We focus on barrier care, firmer-looking skin, and gifting for mature skin. Turnover Ampoule sits in our Firming & Mature Skin edit because Rejuran positions it for the look of tone, texture, and radiance — not because we claim it is a medical device.

Products go live when inventory is actually on hand. If a product page is not up yet, the collection is still the right place to start.
